Nurhayati, I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but I think all of your past continuos tenses are incorrect. The pattern of past continuous tense as I know is Subject + to be (was,were) + Verb ing, for example: Mother was cooking when father arrived, but your tenses use "had + been + Verb ing". Please correct them :-)
