My name is Mendi Sri Hartati. I think
I don’t have to introduce myself to you, because we have studied together as long as 1 semester, so I think you have known who and how I am.
Talking about my dreams, yeah, I have many dreams from I was child until now,
but I still confused how to make my dreams come true.
I wanted to be famous painter, this dream began from my hobby. When I was in Elementary School, I really like drawing flowers, animals, people, environment, and
others, and my teacher always gave me a good value for my pictures. From it,
I was (erased) inspired with the paint world, but I thought again, became painter not too profitable for my future, because just a little people who loved the art of the
painting and wanted to buy it. Then, I look
for the other profession that has relation with paint, and I got it. From painter, I changed my dream to be an architect, because I thought architect more profitable for my future, and I will get much money with my construction design only. I thought it is very excited for me.
When I graduated from my Junior High School,
I wanted to continue my study in Vocational High School that has architecture major. But, Vocational High School
that has this major just one in my regency, and
I don’t like that school, because the school has many male students, and they are (erased) like engage in a gang fight with the other school that has many male
students too. And finally, after long time I thought, I chose to register in Vocational High School that has many female
students, and this school included favorite Vocational High School in my area, and I take accounting. From it, I began enjoy studying accounting, and I didn’t realize that actually I loved
accounting very much, and I wanted to be accountant. As long as I know, that accountant also has big salaries.
To bring it into realty, I continue my study at Semarang State University and take accounting, the
same major that I took in my Vocational High School.
And if you ask me to choose between entrepreneur or Public Civil Servant, I
choose to be entrepreneur, because, besides I want to be accountant, I also really want to be a success entrepreneur, I really like selling some product and I think
entrepreneur can make me more satisfied than Public Civil Servant, because I
can get much money as much as I want from my profit. Besides that, I also have skills in accounting, so I think I can give the best to manage the financial of my company. To be a success entrepreneur, I have many
experiences in sell some products, like selling shoes, bags, Dawet Ayu (a special drink from Banjaranegara), and others. And I
know my experiences not enough for my provisions to be a success entrepreneur, so sometimes I watch movie of the success entrepreneur, like Top Ittipat. The story of
the movies can improve my spirit and give
me more motivation to be a success entrepreneur, because I know, to be a
success entrepreneur we must have strong mental to confront many challenge
in reaching our success. Besides that,
I also like read a book or an article about strategy to be a success
entrepreneur, because I realize, I must have a big knowledge to manage my business. And the last, I hope
from my effort and my pray, the (erased) God will hear me, and I can bring it into realty. Aamiin. Thank you.
