BalasHapusI think in simpel past tense, in the sentence "The fuel cost increased Rp 500. From Rp 6.900 to Rp 7.400." is better if you add the adverb of time, for example two days ago or you can give date when the price rise. I think so :)
I find a 'typo' in your comment Ratri, maybe you mean it is "sample" but you type it "simpel" :)
